The Cabin

Blogging, although something I wish I could do more often, has been at the bottom of my priority list these days. Between preparing for finals (although I only had two), taking (and editing) the pictures I need to be, I find that actually getting the pictures taken care of is more important than sharing them with the world via the blog.

Christmas is almost here. Thanksgiving came and went. Every other year my extended family (on my dad's side) heads up to our cabin to celebrate and be thankful together. I'll share a few.

Gerard & Claire ~ An Engagement in the Orchard

Gerard and Claire both went to Messiah College and graduated last spring. But they weren't the "typical" Messiah couple, because they actually met and started dating BEFORE they were in college...even if it was only for a week. But against odds, they stood the "test" of collegiate life, being on sports teams, and having crazy academic schedules and still found time for each other. Their engagement happened at Paulus Orchards. And they wanted to go back there for there engagement session. It couldn't have been a more perfect day, not to mention a ton of fun. These two were great!  

 

 

 

 No engagement at Messiah is complete without the classic "covered bridge" and "swinging bridge" shots.

But I had a hard time deciding which ones to show... so I'm going to show a LOT.
